Here is a recipe I would like to share, pretty french, right from my grand mother.
Basic ingredients and beautiful result, as long as the quality of the ingredients is good.


Quenelles recipe (25 Quenelles => 2 persons)
Ingredients :
– 1 glass of milk
– 60 g butter
– 130 g flour
– 1 egg
– 60 g grated comté (famous french cheese)
Preparation :
Boil 1 glass of milk with 60 gr. of butter, add 130 g of flour then stir so that the dough comes off the pan.
Out of the fire, add 1 egg and 60 gr. of grated compté.
Lift the dough well to penetrate the air.
Roll the quenelles.
Bring water to the boil, plunge the quenelles into the water and when they rise to the surface, remove them with a skimmer.
Serve with tomato sauce.
