Pablo Aillapan

Pablo Aillapan, Chilean Mapuche musician, born in Osorno and grew up in Viña del Mar. Artist and cultural creator in the hills of Viña del Mar. His artistic career began at the Achupallas Folk Art School, where he studied classical music on the piano. In search of new horizons, he immersed himself in the world of the guitar and excelled in various genres.

He developed as a musician in various bands such as Rasca Soberana, Neumas Reggae, Piel Canela y Los Olvidados, Semilla Trío, X-Ethos and others. In addition to composing, directing and recording some of his works, he has also collaborated with theater groups and performed street interventions. He has also collaborated with other musicians, participated in the scoring of poems and literary narratives for podcasts and taken part in various Chilean festivals. He is currently in the process of recording his compositions for his first solo album, which will be completed and released in 2024.
