This workshop focuses on raising awareness&lt;br \/&gt; and sharpening perception. It aims to capture the fleeting, flowing in all directions, to make&lt;br \/&gt; it visible with words, to create stories from it&lt;\/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Tanjana Tsouvelis&lt;br \/&gt; German-Greek author, theatre\/film artist&lt;br \/&gt; &lt;p&gt;Just like water moving toward and away from the shore, this workshop offers practices of going into and out of physical surfaces.&lt;\/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;We will work with surfaces in space, within our own bodies, and in relation to others. Through simple physical tasks &#8211; folding and unfolding, yielding and pushing, entering and leaving contact &#8211; we explore how bodies meet resistance, land, take weight, release it, and return to space.&lt;br \/&gt; Attention will be given to moments of immersion and emergence: when weight is taken or released, when the body dives, floats, or resurfaces.&lt;\/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;We will also practice how to offer a surface: how to offer a space that can be leaned on, trusted temporarily. How do our bodies move in everyday capitalist life? What happens to us when we are overstimulated, separated from ourselves, or overwhelmed by media content?&lt;br \/&gt; We search for what we need in order to stay healthy within this system.&lt;br \/&gt; Through guided body exercises, movement explorations and reflective questions, we embark on a journey toward our bodies in the context of the capitalist system.&lt;br \/&gt; No dance experience is required.&lt;\/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Marie Liebler is a performer\/dancer and a social worker (B.A.). What can we learn from our reactions in order to reconnect with each other?&lt;\/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Challenging social conditions and experiences of discrimination are inscribed in our bodies via the nervous system. Depending on whether we ourselves are affected by isms (racism, sexism, anti-Semitism, ableism, etc.) or not, we develop different emotional reactions and physical postures. In this workshop, we explore the automated strategies of our nervous system through somatic exercises, collective reflection and painterly expression. Ihr k\u00fcnstlerischer Schwerpunkt liegt auf improvisatorischer Praxis als Empowerment und kollektive Imagination.&lt;br \/&gt; Maike studierte Kulturwissenschaft und \u00e4sthetische Praxis (Theater &amp; Musik) B.A. in Hildesheim, Schauspiel in Porto und absolvierte das Tanzprogramm \u201ebasic program +\u201c in Freiburg.&lt;br \/&gt; 2024\/25 brachte Maike die Tanz- und Musikperformance \u201eNASS\u201c mit einem multidisziplin\u00e4ren FLINTA*-Team an der Dom\u00e4ne Marienburg Hildesheim, dem Quartier-Theater Hannover und dem Staatstheater Braunschweig auf die B\u00fchne.&lt;br \/&gt; Seit 2024 veranstaltet sie in verschiedenen St\u00e4dten die interdisziplin\u00e4re Impro-Jam, die zu freier Improvisation und dem Austausch zwischen allen K\u00fcnsten einl\u00e4dt. Auf dem Internationalen Frauen*Theater Festival in Frankfurt bot Maike erstmals den Workshop \u201eAnpassung &#8211; Widerstand &#8211; Fluss\u201c zu den Bewegungsqualit\u00e4ten des Wassers an.&lt;br \/&gt; Maikes Arbeit verbindet radikale Dekonstruktion und sinnliche Pr\u00e4senz \u2013 immer auf der Suche nach Momenten der Begegnung.&lt;\/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&nbsp;&lt;\/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&nbsp;&lt;\/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;___________________&lt;\/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;english below&lt;\/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;We explore the properties of water through dance, voice and movement improvisation. Adaptation, resistance and flow give rise to movement qualities and group dynamics that question power relations and situate humans as part of complex ecosystems. Improvisation exercises and somatic approaches open up a space to rethink change, care and resilience, and to understand ourselves as part of a resistant, fluid, adaptable whole. No previous experience necessary.&lt;\/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Accessibility:&lt;br \/&gt; The workshop will be held in spoken German and\/or English.&lt;br \/&gt; Some of the exercises are based on seeing each other, others can also be done with limited vision.&lt;br \/&gt; The workshop is not specifically designed for children, but is accessible in principle (ideally with a caregiver).&lt;br \/&gt; It is open to people with different physical abilities.&lt;\/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Maike Obrecht conducts interdisciplinary research in performance, dance, voice and music.
