Contemporary Dance \u2013 Improvisation \u2013 Contact Improvisation<\/p>\n

No previous experience needed<\/p>\n

With the idea of the floor as a meeting point between our bodies and our environment we will leave the floor behind to find new contact with space and people.<\/p>\n

The workshop will mainly focus on building an awareness for the relationship between our bodies and the floor, then space and finally other bodies. What communication is there in that contact? How does the energy we send into the floor move us? And if we move away from the ground where can we find other meeting points to stabilize and exchange?<\/p>\n

The workshops are open to everyone.<\/p>\n
