There are numerous possibilities and necessities. As a project of a socio-cultural counter-design that relies on regenerative, supportive structures with short paths, flat hierarchies and community-based processes such as decisions, what is happening behind and around the stage at the winter shipyard is just as important as what is shown on the stage. The winter shipyard also takes place at the kitchen table, in the planning sessions, after the end of the performance. Protagon focuses on diversity of species and opinion, our projects actively call for participation.
As helpers you will be cared for and catered for, attend the workshops at a reduced rate and everything else for free, but you will help depending on your needs and skills in the kitchen, household, organization, in front of and behind the stage, at the bar or in the Babushka Café.
