DESCRIPTION:* THIS WORKSHOP IS FULLY BOOKED\nfinding ground – losing ground\nGrounding workshop (approx. 2 hours) by Sarah Altherr\nContemporary Dance – Improvisation – Contact Improvisation\nNo previous experience needed\nWith the idea of the floor as a meeting point between our bodies and our environment we will leave the floor behind to find new contact with space and people.\nThe workshop will mainly focus on building an awareness for the relationship between our bodies and the floor, then space and finally other bodies. What communication is there in that contact? How does the energy we send into the floor move us? And if we move away from the ground where can we find other meeting points to stabilize and exchange?\n \nThe workshops are open to everyone.\n* THIS WORKSHOP IS FULLY BOOKED\nPlease register at workshops@protagon.net ( mailto:workshops@protagon.net ).
