Sein Schicksal zu erfüllen bedeutet, beständig zu sein. Die Konstante zu kennen, wird Einsicht genannt. Wenn man die Konstante nicht kennt, läuft man blindlings ins Unglück. […]”\n(Lao Tzu’s Tao-Teh-Ching)\nDas Team des Sinum Theaters hat eine Aufführung zum Thema Wintersonnenwende erarbeitet. Die Aufführung verwendete Gedichte und Szenen aus dem Leben von Janus Pannonius (ungarischer Renaissance-Dichter) und beschwor gleichzeitig das Bild von Janus, der antiken römischen Gottheit, die eine bestimmende Figur für zyklische Veränderungen war.\nDiese Aufführung soll ein Katalysator für die Feier von Wendepunkten in den zyklischen Veränderungen der Natur sein (insbesondere in ländlicher Umgebung), wie z. B. jahreszeitliche Sonnenwenden oder meteorologische Wendepunkte, Karnevalszeiten oder Sonnenuntergänge.\n\nAttain to utmost emptiness. Cling single-heartedly to interior peace. While all things are stirring together. I only contemplate the Return. For flourishing as they do. Each of them will return to its root. To return to the root is to find peace. To find peace is to fulfill one’s destiny. To fulfill one’s destiny is to be constant. To know the Constant is called Insight. If one does not know the Constant, One runs blindly into disasters. […]”\n(Lao Tzu’s Tao-Teh-Ching)\nThe team of Sinum Theatre has created a performance dedicating to the theme of winter solstice. The performance used poems and scenes from the life of Janus Pannonius (Hungarian Renaissance poet) and in the same time evoked the image of Janus, the ancient Roman Divinity, who was a determinant figure for cycle changes.\nThis performance aims to be a catalyst for the celebration of turning points in the cyclical changes of nature, (especially in rural environment) such as seasonal solstices or meteorological turning moments, carnival times or sunsets.\n“Attain to utmost emptiness.
