DESCRIPTION:Local Pillows ist ein frisches und lebendiges Musikprojekt, das aus dem Zusammentreffen zweier experimentierfreudiger Köpfe entstanden ist, die mit Klängen beruhigende und ätherische Landschaften malen wollen. Ein Duo, das noch auf der Suche nach einem definitiven Genre ist, aber zwischen Dream-Pop-Lofi-Klängen und Indie-Rock pendelt.\nDario Vandelli – Schauspieler, Darsteller und Sänger, der schon immer Gedichte und Lieder geschrieben hat. Singen als ursprüngliches Ausdrucksbedürfnis und zunehmend zentral für seinen künstlerischen Weg.\nRocco Donati – Ein klassisch ausgebildeter Pianist, der sich seit seinem 13. und 14. Lebensjahr mit der Produktion von Musik beschäftigt und auch Saxophon und E-Bass in Bigband- und Brassband-Besetzungen gespielt hat.\nDas Ergebnis dieser Zusammenarbeit hat spontan ätherische, atmosphärische und verträumte Klänge hervorgebracht, die sich mit 80er-Rock-Vibes vermischen.\nDie Kernidee ist es, neue Schattierungen und Farben zu schaffen, die Themen aufhellen und vertreiben, die die Traurigkeit und Nostalgie der Liebe erforschen, die nie begonnen hat oder bereits beendet ist, und die existenzielle Reflexionen, Bedauern und Akzeptanz miteinander verflechten. Die Erforschung von Musik und Stimme, die so weich wie Kissen sind, auf denen wir bequem unsere Wunden ausruhen oder unsere scharfen Waffen ablegen können … Chill!\n \n \nLocal Pillows is a fresh and vibrant musical project born from the recent yet blazing encounter of two minds eager to experiment and paint with sound soothing and ethereal landscapes . A duo still in search of a definitive genre but that hops between dream-pop lofi sounds and indie rock\nDario Vandelli – Actor, performer and singer who has always written poems and songs . Singing as a primal expressive need and increasingly central to his artistic journey .\nRocco Donati – A classically trained pianist who has immersed himself in production since he was 13-14 years old and has also played the saxophone and electric bass in both big band and brass band settings.\nThe result of this collaboration has spontaneously birthed ethereal atmospheric and dreamy sounds that blend with 80s rock vibes.\nThe core idea is to provide new shades and colors that lighten and exorcise themes exploring the sadness and nostalgia of loves that never began or have already ended, intertwining existential reflections regrets and acceptance .
